The first time you sign in, House Stack Pro opens the setup wizard. Answer each question and press Next. When you finish, your dashboard opens with your first property already in it.
What it asks
- Your company name. It shows on receipts, leases and your booking and application pages.
- What you run. Long-term rentals, Section 8, room rentals, short-term rentals, group homes, recovery residences, veterans housing or medication passes. Pick every one that applies.
- Your first property. The address and the units, rooms or beds.
- Who lives there. Tenants or residents and their rent. You can skip this and add them later.
What your answers change
The sidebar only shows what you use. Pick short-term rentals and Bookings appears. Pick a group home, recovery residence, veterans housing or medication passes and Residents and Rules and compliance appear. Change your answers any time from Settings.
