Pick Mobile home and RV lots in the setup wizard, or open Lots in the sidebar and add a community. Choose mobile home community or RV park and how many lots, and each lot is created as its own unit.
Each lot
Open a lot from the lot map to record its size, pad and hookups, the home or RV on it (year, make, serial or HUD label, plate) and whether the resident owns the home and rents only the land, or the park owns the home and rents it with the lot. Add vehicles, start a lot lease for the resident, record park rule acknowledgments and log a home sale or transfer.
Utilities
Add a meter per lot with your rate per gallon or kWh and any monthly base fee, or a master meter whose bill is split evenly across occupied lots. Read meters from your phone with a photo. Each reading after the first posts a utility charge to that lot's lease. A reading lower than the last one is refused, so a typo cannot bill someone a negative amount. You get a reminder email on your reading day.
RV sites by the night
For transient RV sites, make a listing for the lot in Bookings and guests can book it like any short-term rental.
Florida parks with 10 or more lots are also covered by Chapter 723 of the Florida Statutes, which sets rules for lot rental agreements and rent increases. House Stack Pro keeps the records; it does not give legal advice.
