Go to Properties, then Add a property. Give it a name you will recognize, the address and its type.
Units, rooms and beds
A single-family house can stay as one whole unit. A duplex gets two units. A room rental house gets one unit per room. Program housing can go down to beds. Each one carries its own market rent and status (vacant, occupied or down for repairs).
The property type matters
The type decides what the property offers. A short-term rental gets a booking calendar. A group home, recovery residence or veterans housing property gets the program tools. Everything else gets leases, rent and maintenance.
Payment account per property
On the property page you can choose which connected Stripe or PayPal account its rent pays into. See Connect Stripe and PayPal.
