Open Bookings, then Listings, and pick a listing. Below the details are two panels.
Seasonal rates
Add a date range with its own nightly rate, an optional Friday and Saturday rate and a minimum stay. Nights inside the range use it; every other night uses the listing's normal rates.
Discounts and taxes
Set a weekly discount (7 nights or more) and a monthly discount (28 nights or more). Then set the taxes for the property: Florida's state rate for transient rentals is 6%, and most counties add a tourist development tax and some a sales surtax. Enter your county's rates; the county tax collector publishes them. Cleaning fees are taxed in Florida, so that box starts checked.
Taxes are added to direct bookings only. Airbnb and VRBO collect tax on their own bookings.
The monthly report
Bookings, then Lodging tax, shows rent, fees and tax collected for stays that ended in the month, by property, with a CSV download. It is a worksheet for your filing, not the filing itself. Check with your county about who collects the tourist tax where you are.
