Pick short-term rentals in the setup wizard (or in Settings) and Bookings appears in the sidebar. Each short-term property gets a calendar, nightly rate and cleaning fee.
No double bookings
Once a stay is booked, those nights are locked for that unit. A second booking that overlaps is refused.
Your booking page
Every short-term property can have a public booking page you share anywhere. Guests pick dates, see the total with cleaning fee and taxes, and send a request. The dates are held for 48 hours while you confirm. No marketplace fees.
Getting paid
When you confirm a direct booking, House Stack Pro bills the stay and emails the guest a confirmation. If the property's Stripe or PayPal account is connected, the email has a Pay now button and the money goes straight to that account. You can send a fresh pay link from the booking any time, or record a Zelle, cash or check payment by hand. If the dates or price change, the bill follows.
Airbnb and VRBO
Add marketplace stays in Bookings with the source set to Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com and their reservation code, so your calendar, cleanings and books stay complete. The channel collects the guest's payment and its taxes, so those stays are not billed here. There is no automatic calendar sync.
