Program housing sits on top of everything else in House Stack Pro. Pick group home, recovery residence, veterans housing or medication passes in the setup wizard and two sections appear: Residents and Rules and compliance.
Residents, not tenants
People in a program are participants in the program. Their housing is covered by a program participation agreement, and their record holds the intake date, emergency contact and case notes that a standard tenant file does not.
Funders
Veterans and other funded programs often have an agency paying part of each resident's fee. Add the funder as a payer on the agreement, the same way as Section 8.
