Turn on medication passes in the setup wizard or Settings. Under Residents, staff record each pass: the resident, the medication, the time and the staff member who gave it.
What it is and is not
It is a clear, timestamped record you can produce on request. It is not a pharmacy system and does not replace the rules your license sets for who may assist with medication. Follow your program's own policies and your state's rules.
