Occupancy limits and license capacity

Set the most residents a house can hold and its license capacity. Intake stops at the lower number.

Open Residents, then Bed board. Under each house, open Occupancy limits and enter the most residents you allow and, if the house is licensed, its license capacity.

The bed board shows how many residents are in each house against the limit. Once a house reaches the lower of the two numbers, new intakes and moves into that house are refused until someone is discharged or moved, or you raise the limit.
