Once a lease is active, House Stack Pro posts the rent charge for each cycle on its own: monthly, weekly or nightly. Tenants see it in their portal and can pay by card or bank.
Recording payments that happen elsewhere
Got paid by Zelle, Cash App, check or cash? Go to Money and choose Record a payment. Pick the lease, the amount and the method. It applies to the oldest open charge first and the tenant gets a receipt.
Partial payments
A partial payment leaves the charge marked partial with the balance still owed. The rent roll shows exactly what is left.
One-off charges
Utilities, damages, a pet fee: add a charge on the lease with a memo and due date. It shows up in the portal like rent does.
