Certifications
On a lease, record each certification: the effective date, the next due date, household size, annual income, the AMI percent, the tenant's portion, the subsidy and any utility allowance. Attach the signed form. The newest certification replaces the last one, and House Stack Pro flags a lease when the tenant portion plus subsidy no longer matches the rent.
You get an email 90, 60 and 30 days before a recertification is due, and again if it is overdue.
HAP report
The HAP report shows what each agency was billed and what it paid, month by month, with a CSV download to reconcile against the agency's statement.
