The plans
- Free: one property, up to five units or rooms.
- Pro: a growing portfolio, short-term rentals, multiple payment accounts and Section 8 splits.
- Business: unlimited properties, more team logins and the API.
- Compliance: everything, plus program housing, med passes and the rules library.
Canceling
Cancel from Account and billing, no phone call. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for, then drop to Free. Your data stays.
