Go to Leases, then New lease. Pick the property and unit, the tenants, the dates, the rent and how often it is due, the deposit and the late fee policy.
Getting it signed
Send it for e-signature from the lease. Each signer gets a link, signs on any phone or computer, and everyone gets the finished copy. The signed document is saved under Documents and on the lease.
Room rentals and program housing
Room rentals use a room agreement. Program housing uses a program participation agreement, because residents in a recovery residence or similar program are participants in a program, not standard tenants.
